A car accident stressed me out the most. I kept thinking about what I should’ve done and what to do next. It was a mental loop, and I felt helpless. I knew I couldn’t change it, so after handling things, I stayed home quietly. Still, useless thoughts kept coming. I got sick of thinking, so I went to sleep. I woke up feeling down but a bit better. Since then, when stress feels too much, I sleep.
Relationship problems were tough too. Sleeping early and waking up after a night feels refreshing. It doesn’t fix things, but my mindset improves. Work can get messy too—my head’s all jumbled, and I get mad at myself for stalling. Next day, work often goes smoother. Sleep cuts stress, and they say it helps sort info. That makes stress feel lighter the next day.
Big stress tires me out, so I sleep well. But if I’m only half-tired, falling asleep takes forever, which stresses me more. Unless I’m exhausted, I don’t sleep early.
